Montaione, whose origin in the middle ages decreases/goes back, has approx. 3500 inhabitants and offers all service achievements: From banks and supermarkets, nationaltypical business, up to typical restaurants everything is present.
The gentle hilly landscape around the municipality Montaione will inspire and will invite you to wheel and moving routes. For sport enthusiast, Castelfalfi golf (approx. 20 min.), next 18 the holes golf course.

Montaione, the next place (approx. 10 min.), a typically tuscan village with own small supermarket and the next city San Miniato (approx. 20 min.), ideally for holiday shopping.

ACQUA 1 - The vacation villa Acqua 1 is on the right side of the independent, internally connected double holiday house. Ideally for holidays guests with elevated requirements.
Holiday house Acqua 1 is in 50 m distance of the mansion Acquaviva. Both houses are in a 30'000 m large fenced in property with parking lot and have a beautiful panorama swimming pool with (7 m x 14 m) in community that from both houses approximately 50m is distant.
Property lies in the proximity from Montaione (Florence/Tuscany)

In the ground floor a living room with large long dining table, with fire-place and satellite television for all programs.
The generous living kitchen with baking-oven and table-ware washing machine, do not leave desires open. For meals in the free one you have a cosy equipped terrace. A double bedroom with shower and a small washhouse (wash trough, washing machine).
In the first floor, a double room with shower and a two-bed room with bath with shower and toilet, towels available. All rooms have complete bedlinen, which is changed weekly.
