Our property combines the authenticity of a traditional Tuscan restaurant with the comfort of independent apartments immersed in nature.

La Sorgente's restaurant is the heart of the property, with welcoming rooms overlooking the pools and a warm, family atmosphere.
Chef Michele Di Gianni offers healthy cuisine inspired by both rural traditions and life experiences in the kitchen from a childhood spent with housewives.
Homemade pasta made daily, according to the teachings of his mother Angiolina.

The wine list showcases the excellence of the Pisan countryside, with a focus on native grape varieties such as Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, and Trebbiano, along with a selection of renowned Tuscan labels.

Carefully designed by architect Alberto Bocelli, each accommodation is furnished in rustic Tuscan style, with all the comforts to ensure a pleasant and private stay.
Perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking tranquility: you can wake up to the sound of birdsong or spot a roe deer among the vineyards, and end summer evenings under the stars, accompanied only by the sound of crickets.

Who we are
A family story. A dream called La Sorgente
Once upon a time, Nandino—known by his real name as Ferdinando—was a man of times past, full of enthusiasm and vision.
He had a dream: to revive the hills in front of his home, transforming them into a welcoming place where nature, food, and conviviality could meet.
With his son-in-law Michele and lifelong friends, amid laughter and projects, La Sorgente was born, named for the ancient natural water spring in the area, once a meeting point for the villagers.
Architect Alberto Bocelli, brother of tenor Andrea Bocelli, contributed to its construction; both were present at the inauguration on a charming, rainy day in October 2003.
Today, that dream has become a reality: a place that has welcomed thousands of guests from around the world, preserving the family spirit Nandino desired.
